Hotel a New Roads

“Not so much for breakfast. ”

“Room was not clean, holes in sheets, couch was nothing short of a dust ball, mold in shower and tiles in closet and bathroom falling off walls. The noise from the highway was tough to sleep through and the room was dark and drab even with the curtains open. Online room pictures did not match how the room actually looked. Very disappointing.”

“We were extremely satisfied with the facility and the staff as well. Am going to stay again when we return ”

“Safe. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean. We were there for a baseball tournament. It served its purpose. Nothing fancy but would stay again ”

“Hotel was very nice, clean well kept and the personnel were very good! Buffet breakfast was very good as well but a continental breakfast should have been included. ”

“I did not receive the room I selected. The room wasn't clean along with the bathroom. Poor attendant service. The parking lot had trash all round it. The pool has never been attended to for maintenance. It had trash in it and looked like a swamp pool. I had to ask for new linens because none of them in the room were clean. The new linens I was given was dirty. Terrible Management. Would not recommend the location. ”

“I am amaze on how clean the hotel is. my room looked like it was new, I think they are doing a good job in the maintenance of this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The hot breakfast was as good as you can have in a hotel. I would stay in this hotel again...”

“The room had a bathtub in it that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the room had a dampness to it with a slight odor. I went next door to the grocery store and got some cleaning products and air freshener and it was fine after that. ”

“Staying extended time i wouldn't choose this location 1. No breakfast 2. Coffee is bad 3. Cleaning staff isn't cleaning properly ”
